Placing an order

Ordering online at Van Eyck Sport is quick and easy. Once logged in, the ordering process comprises 5 simple steps, in which you decide how your order is sent. Your order will not be final until you receive a confirmation.

1. Select your products
   With the button 'Add to cart' you place the desired products in your shopping cart. Once you have placed all the desired items in your shopping cart, click on your shopping cart at the top right. If you want more than one copy of a product, you can use the arrow buttons to select the desired quantity. Do you wish to remove a product from your shopping cart? Click on the blue cross to remove the product. Ready to shop? Then click on 'Continue to checkout'.
   
   
2. Fill in your details
   Once you have clicked ‘Checkout’, you will be taken to the shipping address page. Have you placed an order with Van Eyck Sport before? If so, sign in with your email address and password. Are you a new customer? Then fill in your details and continue your order. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your shipping address. Fill in all the details correctly and make sure the shipping address is correct. Then click ‘Next step’.
   
   
3. Choose payment and delivery method or add a comment
   Choose the payment and delivery method that you desire. If you want more information about this, see the payment and shipping procedure. If you have a comment on your order, be sure to enter it here. Then click on ‘Next step’.
   
   
4. Check your order summary
   On the overview page you will see a summary of your order. Here, everything can be checked one last time. If everything is correct and you want to complete your order, click on the ‘Pay’ button after having agreed to our terms and conditions. If you still want to change something, click on ‘Previous Page’.
   
   
5. Payment page
   You will be redirected to the payment page. There you can pay by MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact or Visa card. If you chose bank transfer, you will be taken to the order confirmation page and we’ll give you the information you need to make the transfer.

Congratulations on your purchase! Once you have confirmed your order and the payment has been made you can expect the following from us.

1. Confirmation email / order confirmation
   You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
   
   
2. Products are made ready and shipped
   The products that you order are reserved and taken from our warehouse. Thereafter, they are packed and sent to you.
   
   
3. If part of your order is not in stock, you will be informed accordingly. In this case, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible so your order can be shipped quickly.
